Some souls are just meant to find each other.

So it goes with Julia and Pamela.

Our lives changed when we found ourselves working together at a holistic day spa. There was an instant connection of friendship and a camaraderie that helped us through some difficult moments we encountered while working there.   Honoring the mind, body, and spirit was at the heart of the spa and also at the heart of our own beliefs.

After we both chose to leave the spa, we knew that a business co-venture was in our future, We began to have long discussions about what matters to us.  We desire our lives to be spiritual based, without fear, surrounded by positive, loving energy, and to do work we love. We knew that corporate life was not for us and we searched for something deeper...more vibrant...more passionate...reflecting who we are as women and what we care about.  We also wanted to maximize our own skills and talents.

Pamela has a strong background in creative arts, marketing, and is currently pursuing her liscensure in counseling.

 Julia brings a rich sense of understanding retail management and has accomplished her Master's level in Usui, Angelic, and Karuna Reiki trainings.

We derived that we both had a desire to inspire others towards an empowered and gratifying life. We also agreed that fear is a deep root in the human struggle for accomplishing these goals.   We chatted many nights - through tears and laughter - and from it an idea was born. The idea of Karmalized.

The names in the spiral represent those who have walked this path and inspired millions of people to do the same.  We honor them as we walk behind in their footsteps, being ever grateful for their wisdom they left behind.
